Keep the reasoning connected as the work changes.

You have framed the question, traced the important relationships, and tried a decision frame. The same case now takes you through three different decisions.

  1. What should we fund?

Compare credible options and decide what commitment the evidence supports. Name the uncertainties that could change that choice.

  2. Are we ready to begin?

Check operating authority, dependable information, training, support, measurement, and recovery. Funding does not establish readiness.

  3. What did the change accomplish?

Look at customer outcomes, costs, branch variation, and operating burden. A better headline measure does not establish repeatable value.

Each practice episode provides its evidence online, a place to write your recommendation, and a separate reference answer. You can work through the whole case without an AI tool or a download.

Carry forward the habit, not every artifact.

Ask what decision needs support, what relationships matter, what evidence is available, and what would change your mind. Stop when further detail would not improve the decision.

Find a method for your own work — the instructions and matching templates stay together.

Explore the full Atlas — inspect more relationships at your own pace.

Work through a question with AI — optional assistance using SCALE.
